Born in Cleveland, OH, the enigmatic producer Sound On Tape draws influence from legends El-B, Burial, Mr. Fingers, Kraftwerk and Sticky as well as deep seated Jazz icons Bill Evans and John Coltrane.

His first EP Hush Harbors cements his unique blend of electronic music rooted in Garage, Electro, Jazz and beyond. Released through 904L World Class Sound, the project sonically places him alongside contemporaries Sammy Virji, Overmono, Emma-Jean Thackray, and Higgo.

With early remixes from rising UKG stars MPH, Wilfy D, and House producer Mike Nasty, Sound On Tape is quickly becoming one of the most respected voices in the genre.
